Interpolate cell values to vertex values.

Parameters
[in]methodinterpolation method
[in]verbosityverbosity level
[in]var_dimvariable dimension
[in]ignore_rot_perioif true, ignore periodicity of rotation
[in]c_weightcell weight, or nullptr
[in]c_varbase cell-based variable
[in]b_varbase boundary-face values, or nullptr
[out]v_varvertex-based variable

void cs_cell_to_vertex_free ( void  )

Free cell to vertex interpolation weights.

This will force subsequent calls to rebuild those weights if needed.
