Sorry by the delay, I din't have to much time in the last weeks.

Were you able to solve the problem with the turbomachinery LES run? I have run you case, doing some modification to the setup file. Also, I reproduce your problem, with laminar or RANS the simulation goes well, but not with LES.

The problem arise in parallel runs during the resizing of an array. I think that could be a bug.
