I really need some help in finding out where I can get qt4 4.3 or higher for Red Hat Linux 5.
Any suggestion/help would be greatly appreciated.
Only because of this, I am not able to install Saturne version 2.0 in my system.
Kindly help.

Hello,

I am looking for qt4 version 4.3 or higher and not pyqt as you have written.

I am just looking for qt4 version 4.3 and higher.

Hello,

Google for "qt", and the first hit takes you to http://qt.nokia.com/products/ which is the site you are looking for.

You might even have pre-built binaries for Red Had. Otherwise, you may compile the open-source version from source. Current version is at QT 4.7, and works with Code_Saturne.

But first, check if you have a version of Qt and PyQt as Red Hat rpm packages. Installing Qt manually takes a while but is simple, but installing SIP and PyQt above that is a pain, at least when you do it in a user directory (if you have write access to /usr/local, it is simpler).
