Dear all,
I would like to simulate a DC electrical arc between two electrodes, however, when I try to control the arc current by using uselrc.f90 subroutines, I always have the divergence error. In other words, if I don't use the uselrc.f90 in my model, I can run the simulation. Also, if I use the uselrc.f90 but do not consider the "RECALAGE DES VARIABLES ELECTRIQUES" and "Effet Joule (sert pour H au pas de temps suivant)" parts, I still can run the simulation. Thus, could anyone please help me to figure how to deal with that problems or what is the reason caused this problem? Thanks.
I attached my model, which is a simply cubic mesh, please feel free to let me know if you need any more details about my model, thanks. I really appreciate your help!!!
Best Regards
Eric
