The Simail mesher (whose X11 interface is called Xsimail) was distributed by Distene (www.distene.com), but is probably considered obsolete, so I am not sure they still distribute it (though some old installs are still in service; the latest release I have access to dates to 2009-2010).

Note also that this is commercial software, so using it requires buying a licence.
