Hello
I'm looking for tutorials meshes and set up files, but I can't figure where they are on a Windows install.
I've looked in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Code_Saturne\4.0\share\code_saturne\user_examples" but there is only subroutines examples.
Does anybody know if they are include in the Windows built?
If so, in wich directory?
Thanks a lot.
JB

Hello,
The tutorial examples are in the source code, but not in the installation.
It would be a good idea to move them, but in the meantime, you can download them separately from the Subversion mirror: http://code-saturne.org/viewvc/saturne/ ... /examples/
(for other versions than 4.0, replace 4_0 by the appropriate version in the path above).
Regards,
Yvan

Hello,
Not all tutorials are in the source code repository, as several of them were added by various users of the code, but are not maintained by the dev team.
Also, the tutorials are now updated less frequently than code releases, as 2 releases per year is difficult to follow, and a slightly out-of-date tutorial is still useful.
We do need to update a few tutorials, but this does take time (your inputs and updates do help here). It would also be interesting to place a wiki section (up dateable by users) or at least reinstate an "examples" section in this forum with this sort of thing.
Regards,
Yvan
