heated square cavity tutorial

Hi, I'm trying to run the heated cavity tutorial (written for version 3.0) with the version 4.0.4.
I copied the file cs_user_physical_properties.f90 from SRC/REFERENCE to SRC and uncommented the lines for the first example. It seems however that the variable 'ibeta' is never initialized.
Why do both the density and the thermal expansion variable need to be updated?

Does anyone have a working setup for this case that is compatible with 4.0.4?

Not many reactions from the forum. Finally found the way to do the heated square cabity tutorial with the Boussinesq assumption using CS 4.0.4. Too bad that with a certain release the tutorials compatible with that release are not provided. Files posted for anybody interested.
