I am running a buoyant gas mixing calculation in v.4.0.2
The mesh is tetrahedral
Whenever I run a calculation I have either a crash with an empty error file generated,
or the velocity pressure coupling diverges to infinity, pressure however remains.
Sometimes after 2-3 iterations, sometimes after 3000 iterations.
There are free inlet/outlet BCs at different elevations, which are expected to reverse flow direction after some time of simulation.
Any ideas?
