For the Stator and Rotor to join correctly when rotating, you need the interface beween the two to be round, not square.

just as you said, when i use the geometry that i uploaded,how can I define the interface?or maybe how can i define the mesh?
sometimes I use the conplex geometry,such as the wind turbine with blades,how can I define the interface ? it is not round or square.

Hello,
There is no tutorial for turbo-machinery yet, but you can check user meeting presentations for some descriptions, and there are also previous threads on this in this forum.
In any case, you need the rotor mesh to "slide" with a very small gap (as small as possible) relative to the stator mesh, so your mesh should be built with this in mind. The rest is just a matter of selecting surfaces and volumes.
