Hello,
I loaded (thanks to Ivan) System->Synaptic Package Manager-> Code_Saturne 2.1.0-4(ubuntu). Having done this, I could not find Code_Saturne, it is not present in any files.
By the way I had similar problems when loading with Ubuntu Software center the files GNOME Terminal and GeoGebra.
Could anyone give me a friendly hand.
Regards, Peter

Re: Usage of Code_Saturne
Hello,
Did you try typing "code_saturne" in a terminal ?
There is no default graphical executable yet (though "code_saturne --gui" is exactly this, it cannot create cases, only edit them, in versions prior to 3.1).
Also, I do not remember which Ubuntu version you have, but Code_Saturne 2.1 is obsolete, and not supported anymore. So unless you have a more up-to-date version of Ubuntu, using the installer for a more recent Code_Saturne version would be better (but do use the package manager for all prerequisites mentioned in the user documentation; it will make things much easier).
Before you do this, you should uninstall the ubuntu package, though you may try it a bit first to get an idea of what the interface looks like.
Regards,
Yvan
