Grid and Case file for flow over a wall mounted hump

Hello,
I am trying to simulate flow over a wall mounted hump. If somebody can provide me a geometry or grid file (with labels and names) and a case file (with all boundary and initial conditions) that will be really hepful.

There are the grid file (dune.des) and the xml file (dune.xml).

Could you please let me know where I can get all the flow details (Reynolds number, computational grid etc.) for the flow over hill case.
