transferring code saturne to another device

Hi everyone I downloaded code_saturne onto my laptop but due to its computational restraint I require a more powerful device to run my simulations. I Have set up Linux onto a computer. My question is as follows:
Is there a way to just transfer all the files and software from my laptop onto the computer or do i have to re download everything again.

Hello,

For the code itself, you need to reinstall from sources.

For the cases you have run, after transferring them, you simply need to run "code_saturne create --import-only" from inside a case to update the paths to your new install.
