is it possible to have only a portion of the domain with the influence of gravity?
Which routine should I use?

Hello,

No, this is not directly possible, but you could use zero gravity and use volume velocity source terms in specific regions only with the ustsns user subroutine (in cs_user_source_terms.f90).
