Hello,
I am having a problem while running Syrthes 4.3 for a simple conduction case in a cylinder. At the very first iteration, I get Nan in the relative and absolute precision.
*******************************************************************************************
ITERATION NTSYR= 1 -- TIME=1.000000000000e-01 s -- dt=1.000000000000e-01
*******************************************************************************************
---TEMPERATURE SOLVER---
*** GRCONJ: ITERATION RELATIVE PRECISION ABSOLUTE PRECISION
25 nan nan
50 nan nan
75 nan nan
100 nan nan
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Nan problem Syrthes conduction
Hello,
You probably have a missing or incorrect initial or boundary condition or material property definition error, but it is hard to say where (if possible, increase verbosity and check for the first occurence of NaN). Check the syrthes.log carefully fo other hints (number of faces with a given boundary condition, ...) which might help.

Yvan

Hello,
sorry for answering that late I've just seen your reply. Actually it seemed that I had a problem with my mesh.
Thank you anyway.
