installation Salome+CS+Syrthes via VM on ubuntu 15.10

I run the file runcase in a terminal, I have the following error, again related with the xml support

You need to set "use" to yes instead of no in the setup file for libxml2.

No error during installation.

I have the same error with xml support during the mesh checking and the computation:

You used the wrong path for libxml2. Simply use /usr.

Hello,

Code Saturne in stand alone mode and with salome are working now for serial and parallel calculation!

I try to install Syrthes now.
I use the setup.ini attached and I have a message in the terminal:

Before using SYRTHES, each user must source
the /home/julien/Syrthes/syrthes4.3.0/arch/Linux_x86_64/bin/syrthes.profile file before using the code.

The easiest way is to put the following lines in each of the users
'.profile' or '.bashrc' (depending on the shell)

syrthesprofile=/home/julien/Syrthes/syrthes4.3.0/arch/Linux_x86_64/bin/syrthes.profile
#(adjust path to your system)
if [ -f $syrthesprofile ] ; then

Hello,

I do not recommend installing MPI for Syrthes, but using the system one (the same as for Code_Saturne, probably under /usr, but might be different. Otherwise, coupling with Code_Saturne might not work. You can test it before reinstalling, just in case...

The rest seems OK, and the messages might be just warnings...

I try to make the tutorial Three-2D-disks. With Syrthes alone I have the same error as reported in the post (calculation satge bloqued at 14%):
