Clipping of the turbulent Reynods stress tensor and the turbulent dissipation (segregated version).

Parameters

[in]	ncelet	number of extended (real + ghost) cells
[in]	ncel	number of cells
[in]	iclip	indicator = 0 if viscl0 is used otherwise viscl is used.
