Internal coupling in ALE

Dear forums
i am trying to work on the internal coupling analysis for a pouch model (Tooth paste dispenser)
the thickness of the pouch is 12mm and if i start the run with the ALE internal coupling approach the displacement obtained for 2000 iterations is just 2.47e-06 (higher stiffness) nothing but 0.0002mm which is very much low.
my main criteria is calculate the time taken to dispense the volume of 13ml from the pouch with a mass flow rate of 0.002 kg/s with deformation
so please help me out
with regards
theja

A thickness of 12mm? Even if you wanted to put 1.2mm, are you sure about that value? Looks a bit too thick even for a soft flexible material.
Other than that, I would check the system of units used, it's quite common to mix Pascals and Kgf/cm^2 and things alike. Always use SI.
