Turbulence model

Hi,

I have read that the SSG model is more recent than the LRR, and that non linear terms are implemented in the SSG.
But, I would like to know the main differences between the Rij-epsilon LRR and SSG models?

Thanks and regards,

AB

Hi
The RSM LRR is a legacy model. For general purpose, prefer the RSM SGG model.

"The difference between the LRR model and the SSG model is  that they have different modeling of pressure-strain term. The advantage of the SSG  model is that the terms related to the distance from the wall are eliminated."
