wall temperature

I simulate a heat transfer in a vertical channel with uniform heat flux. The result shows that the wall temperature is below the experimental result. How to fix this? I tried 1d thermal conduction for the wall, but the result is about the same.

Hello,
Assuming you are using a turbulent model, the wall temperature that you obtain is not the physical wall temperature, but a value related to the workings of the temperature wall functions and boundary conditions (so that the correct flux s obtained).
It would be a good idea to post-process the true physical wall temperature (see issue 68 in the bug-tracker, which relates exactly to this case), but it has not been done yet. Issue 68 indicates that modifying clptur.f90 would be necessary, so you may look into this function to see if you may extract the true wall temperature easily enough.
