I'm new to code-saturne, I was wondering if it is possible to perform a condensation and moisture simulation in ECU package using Code-saturne.

I am not sure about this. There are some models involving condensation and moisture in the code, but those were developed in the context of specific models (such as cooling towers, or condensation on metal structures), but I am not sure there is a "high level" model, and documentation may be sparse...

So it is certainly feasible, but may require some user-defined function programming and searching through the code for examples.
