Code Saturne 7.1 has options of Smagorinsky, Standard dynamical and WALE model for LES. The available theory guide is not explicit about these model ? The Smagorinsky model here is old Smagorinsky and Lilly model or dynamic Smagorinsky model where damping function is used to determine the Smagorinsky constant.
Similarly standard dynamic model is which exact LES model ? The theory document is not telling about the references explicitly. These information will be very useful.
