Hello,

Without the mesh, the "listing" file compared to the xml file would be more useful.

Hello,

You have many mesh joining errors, and still have INTERFACE1 and INTERFACE2 faces as boundary faces, which probably explains the boundary condition errors (imcomplete boundary condition definitions) you observe.

Also, you seem to be missing the "INTER" volume groups. Which tool did you build the mesh with ? If it was ICEM using CGNS files, you need to add the add cell zones by group option when importing the mesh (GUI option).

To better understand the joining errors, you may increase the verbosity and visualization levels of the joining in the turbomachinery settings, but very thin cells near the interface could cause issues.

Yvan
