Incoming flow detained warning

Hello,
As you can see in the listing file attached, I have a sort of warning "Incoming flow detained for x outlet faces on 4500".
I want to mention that I did another simulation having the same settings but I put a higher time step and less iterations and I didn't get this warning again. The results are pretty close so I can't figure if this is just some sort of warning or it really affects the results in a final(as you can see the warning appears after aprox 30k iterations out of 40k).
Attached you will find the compile.log, preprocessor, setup and listing files and I would appreciate if you could tell me what cause it.
I am using version 5.0 for Windows.
And another question, in the Reynolds formula: Re=UD/mu, which velocity does code_Saturne consider when it comes to turbulence, the axial velocity or the magnitude=sqrt(axial^2+tangential^2+radial^2)?
Best regards,
Robert
