Code saturne performance on HPC

Hi,
I wanted to ask about he performance of Code saturne in parallel. On my local HPC cluster it appears as I increase
my mesh density and the number of processors used (trying to maintain a cell/processor ratio of approximately 90000), the time for each iteration drastically increases.
With a mesh density of 22 million and 220 processors, its taking approximately an hour per iteration for a RANS simulation. Possibly could be an installation issue or I should tune MPI parameters, I am new to using HPC clusters and I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
Please find attached my listing, performance and the batch script i use to submit the job.
