Modeling Evaporation and Condensation in Boiler

Dear Code Saturne User,
I'm writing to ask about my purpose to modeling the amount of water evaporated and the amount of water condensated in boiler.
Since it is not contained in available tutorials, it would be nice if you can give a tutorial or an advice how to model it in code saturne if possible, or how to simplified the model to successfully run in code saturne if the direct model of evaporation and condensation is not possible to run in code saturne.
