Oil heat transfer with a low flow speed

Hello,
I would like to evaluate the wall heat transfer for a low oil flow speed (0.001m/s) with a high pressure (15bar) in a thin pipe (diameter = 0.002m)
Code_Saturne can realize simulations with the following configuration:
- Pipe diameter = 2 mm
- Pipe length > 0.5 m
- Oil density = 885 kg/m3
- Oil dynamic viscosity = 0.86 Pa.s
- Flow speed = 0.001m/s
- Inlet pressure = 15 bars
- Turbulent model : k-omega
If no, I try a 0D/1D CFD tool.
