variables in uselrc.f90

Could anyone please tell me what is the meaning of the following variables in uselrc.f90?
(I am using CS 3.0.0)
Line 348: dtj
Line 349 dtjm
Line 350 delhsh
Line 351 cdtj
Line 371 cpmx
The attach file is the subroutine uselrc.f90, thanks for your help.
