please find the enclosed setup file . i only change the language and i also put yes to the install med

You also need to set download=yes.

Once the installer has run and downloaded MED (and others), it will change download to no, so if you run the installer several times, download will be set to no, and the path should be set, so you backup the "setup" file before running the installer, and compare it before and after...
