i have to use usini1 and usniv of saturne 1.3 in saturne 3.0, have i to use nly cs user initializing or there're another routine that i can use it.

In my opinion,
- usini1.F is exactly replaced by cs_user_parameters.f90
- usiniv.F is exactly replaced by cs_user_initialization.f90
