Interpolating data on a fixed mesh for postprocess

Good afternoon,
I use Code_Saturne 2.3.2 for rotor-sator simulation with the sat-sat coupling method.
In the postprocessing (Ensight format) of several calculation steps, I obtain two sparate mesh, with transient coordinates. Visualisation of the rotation works fine (using paraview), but i want to access temporal statistics. Sadly, I only get mean values for each moving cells, but I need the mean value for fixed spatial locations.
Do you know how if its possible to get this result directly with paraview, of if I need to interpolate data on a fixe mesh during calculation? and how should this work..
