2D Vs 3D simulation

Dear Code Saturne team,
I have spurious peaks in 'pressure time profile' at a monitoring point in 2D configuration. I do not observe these spikes in 3D simulation.
The simulation I am carrying out is a flow in an array of cylinders. It is at Re=5680 using LES. I do have checked with V2F turbulence model in 2D configuration as well, I still observe the spikes.
Please suggest if there are some restriction over usage of 2D. Or if I need to change some numerical parameters.
Thanks in advance.
Vilas
