Hello César and thank you,
I try the option "correct cell and face orientations" without modification of the length of my domain (so it is 1000 time to big) and withtout periodicty and the problem is the same.
I am working on gambit in order to find this cells but I am already concerned by another solution.

Hi and thank you all,
at the end, I found in gambit the wrong cells.
The file given by Mickael works well to convert meter in millimeter.
Peter, I did not use your methods because of the size of the mesh.
And in my case, the option "correct cell and face orientations" did not works.
