Dynamic boundary conditions

Hello,

I'm trying to run a case where i impose a varying boundary condition, as i'm trying to model a system where i have a flactuating velocity at the inlet (specifically, i would like to impose a time-varying boundary condition). Is there a cs_user file i can use to achieve that?
