Hello,
No, I am not familiar enough with omniORB, but this type of subtle error is similar to those we can have when doing incomplete clean-ups, on any complex system using a sort of cache (for example with build systems, whose own cleanup functions are sometimes not enough, for a different type of matter which can also lead to lost hours and a simple solution in hindsight).
In any case, it is good to know that it seems to work now.
