Instalation instructions for CS 4.3 with Syrthes 4.3

Hi,

as many of us have been struggling with installing of CS and Syrthes, I have prepared installation instructions (attached) for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bit.
Instructions cover:
- Salome Meca 2016-1
- Code Saturne 4.3
- Syrthes 4.3.0
with a few simple test cases.

I hope you find this useful and let me know if corrections/improvements are needed.
