LES of gas combustion

Hi! I'm trying to use code_saturne 3.0.1 to study premixed combustion. Now the URANS works. But I want to use LES to simulate premixed gas combustion. It is the default that the LES cannot be coupled with gas combustion. I wonder is it possible to force code_saturne to run LES for the gas combustion? If so, how to do it? Hope get some hints. Many thanks.
