Re: Radiation in SYRTHES 4.3

Hello,

Some of our mail boxes migrated to a different system, so if the Syrthes team omitted to indicate that account should migrate, that e-mail may have disapeared; they did not check it much anyways.

So I guess our team gets stuck with forwarding support requests...

Re: installation Salome+CS+Syrthes via VM on ubuntu 15.10

Hello,

You used the wrong path for libxml2. Simply use /usr.

Re: How to integrate a new term in equation for scalar ?

Hello, When defining user source terms, you can always add an implicit part (just make sure the implicit + explicit parts amount to the total source term). This has not changed from 3.0 to 4.0. What has changed, if if you need to add a scalar, this is not done anymore in cs_user_parameters.f90 but i...

Re: CSR matrix format

Hello, The example in the file I mentioned helps you to force CSR for matrix types supporting it (i.e. non blocks). You can also use MSR (CSR with separate diagonals) which also supports blocks, and is often very slightly faster than CSR (but CSR is better if you want to link to libraries with built...

Re: installation Salome+CS+Syrthes via VM on ubuntu 15.10

Hello,

You need to set "use" to yes instead of no in the setup file for libxml2.

Re: Mesh partition and computing geometric quantities

Hello, Your alias syntax seems OK, but you can try removing different parts of the .bashrc (as a bisection), to see what causes the issue. Also, you may want to add a newline at the end of the file (not sure it is useful, but you can try) At worse, instead of the "cs4" alias, you can alway...

Hello,

We need to restart from the beginning. Could you post your setup and/or config.log files ?

Re: Mesh partition and computing geometric quantities

Hello,

This might be du to the upgrade, but possibly (though I would expect warnings, not blocking errors) to a syntax error (for example missing quote) in your bashrc.

Try temporarily moving/renaming your .bashrc to see if the error persists.

Re: CSR matrix format

Hello,

Could you explain why you posted this in the discussion (development topics) forum, and not in the general usage one ?

Check the examples in src/user_examples/cs_user_performance_tuning.c.

Re: installation Salome+CS+Syrthes via VM on ubuntu 15.10

Hello, Once you have saved the case, your case directory structure should include a file named "runcase" in the SCRIPTS case subdirectory. Could you try to run it directly (i.e. in a terminal or through a file manager) ? Otherwise, what do you have in the SCRIPTS directory ? Regards, Yvan
