You can simulate cylindrical piston with heat transfers in the fluid with ALE method in Code_Saturne. But at the moment, you cannot couple ALE with SYRTHES code for heat exchange in the solid and there is no model for leakage.

What is the Re number ? Do u really need a turbulence model ?
To start, I think rough walls is not a good idea (you should use smooth walls).
