Hello, Luciano:
I did "solve" the problem, by replacing (z/8.32)^2 with (z/8.32)*(z/8.32), as I realized that the function complier doesn't recognise the "^". Thanks.
Best Regards!

About setting the Volumetric Source Term
Hi, I've run the solid case independently in Syrthes without any volumetric source term, and it just goes fine. But after I set a volumetric source term which is a heat generation term varies along axial (z) direction, and when I run the simulation, it failed. Is there some mistakes during my settin...

Re: Fail to couple Syrthes and CS using multi-processors
Hi, I've solve the problem, by setting only one processors for Syrthes, if I set 2 processors for Syrthes, it will crash like the first picture, which tells you some MPI problems. Like I have 8 processors in my computer, I can only use 1 for Syrthes, the other 7 for Code_Saturne. In this setting, I ...

Re: Fail to couple Syrthes and CS using multi-processors
Hi: Previously I set 4 processors for CS and 4 for Syrthes, and it failed like this. This time I set 4 processors for CS and 2 processors for Syrthes, and it can run the coupling simulation, but the calculation finish very fast. I click into the result folder of the monitoring point, only one iterat...

Fail to couple Syrthes and CS using multi-processors
Hi, I have met a problem when coupling the simulation. First I independently run the fluid and solid simulation on CS and Syrthes, both using 4 processors, the simulation can run successfully. After that, I set 1 processors for the solid domain and 1 for the fluid domain in the coupling_parameter fi...

Question about the boundary conditions in Syrthes
Hi Right now I am using Syrthes to set the boundary condition of the solid surface. But in the GUI, only constant bulk temperature and heat transfer coefficient can be set for one surface, what if my bulk temperature and heat transfer coefficient vary along the z direction of the surface? I need to ...

Re: About CS coupling with Syrthes
The Error says that I am lack of a file syrthes4.3.0/arch/x64/lib/libsyrthes_cfd.a, when I click into this directory, I only see a file named libsyrthes_seq, is there some relations between these two files? Thank you again for the help.
