Hello,
Does the "check mesh" option work ?
Could you try running the "SCRIPTS/runcase.bat" file directly ?
Best regards,
Yvan

Re: Centrifugal fan
Hello,
Yes, this is exactly what I told you in the previous message : you need to check your boundary conditions ad joining criteria (comparing post-processing of mesh groups from a "check mesh" stage and the boundary condition error is the easiest way).

Yvan

Re: Centrifugal fan
Hello,
Using a frozen rotor option, you can also define the joining in the mesh section instead of the turbomachinery section, which avoids the crash. You still have a crash due to only some faces being joined, but that is probably due to your criteria.

Yvan

Re: HELP!!!!!
Hello, The documentation is weak / too hard to find in this regard, but basically, if you place files from the tutorial examples (in the "examples" subdirectory) in the "correct" subdirectories of a study or directory generated with the GUI (source files in SRC, xml in DATA, mesh...

Re: Coupling Salome_meca + CS + Syrthes
Hello, For Syrthes, the issue in pp.log seems to be related to some libraries (Scotch or Metis) linking with zlib, so you may try adding "-lz " to the "specific_lib=" (uncommenting it) in the syrthes.ini file (hope it works). For the Code_Saturne+Salome issue, I'm not 100% sure, ...

Re: HELP!!!!!
Hello, For this type of issue, info on your system (OS version) is probably more important than the contents of the directory. So what system are you running on ? Also, do you have any accents in your path ? they might cause issues (or at least this is somewhat untested). Finally, I did not find any...

Re: HELP!!!!!
Hello Pablo, Do you observe this behavior in a systematic manner with a long path ? this bug seems intermittent, and shows up more on some installs then others, making it hard to track down, but if you have a recipe which always provokes the bug, this will make it much easier to reproduce and fix, s...

Re: Centrifugal fan
Hello,
Both your joining operations are listed as "null operations", meaning there are no matching faces to join.
If left_sym is periodic with right_sym, they should be defined in a single operation
(i.e. "right_sym or left_sym").
Regards,
Yvan

Re: HELP!!!!!
Hello,
Please provide more details, as recommended in the forum guidelines. The less info you provide, the harder it is to help you.
Did you try running the case from a terminal ? (running the SCRIPTS/runcase directly).

Yvan

Re: Coupling Salome_meca + CS + Syrthes
Hello, In the setup file, for SALOME, you should not provide the path to the applications, but to the libraries (the other directory aside the "applications" directory. For the Syrthes problem, which seems independent, I'm not sure. I did not notice anything wrong in the setup.ini, and the...
