Hi ........... Were you thinking of of binary installer (need help) or just getting the code to work on Windows (almost there) ? I was thinking as a first step to know how to make the code working on Windows and following your hints it is necessary to install on Windows: WSL (with Debian with all th...

Two propellers flow interaction

Hi, I'm going to model the interaction of the flow generated by two different propeller, rotating at different angular speed. I suppose one has to use three meshes one for the environment, a cube for example, and the second and the third meshes for the two rotating propeller, rotating at different a...

Re: total pressure and gravity

Hello, If you want to model a free surface, you can also test the ALE module and then “free surface” boundary condition will be used. ........ Thank you very much for the hint, the modelling of breaking waves is not necessary. Summaryzing available in revision 5.0: checking "mobile mesh" box in def...

Re: total pressure and gravity

Yes the distribution inside the domain is Hydrostatic, as it should be.
But on the "imposed pressure outlet" would I expect something similar to 101300?

total pressure and gravity

HI I'm doing a test with a fluid different from air, using seavater and an outfall injecting fluid in a very large box. Thermophysical model is steady with one specie transported. I set the for the moment the upper free surface of the box as an "imposed Pressure outlet" using the proposed value of 1...

Perhaps you should include a "Cell Data to Point Data" filter before the threshold?
I tryed with no different results. After the Threshold filter has been selected the Cell Data to Point Data can be no more selected.

I dont know if this is the right place to post this question.
I would have some hint on how to smoth plot data relevant to the transported scalar by the threshold filter
