Is it cummun that when creating a new case in a new file, there are two missed directories (RESU and SCRIPTS)?
Does anybody know how to fixe this problem?

This calculation is for the same game, and for 10 iterations, I simplified, more my geometry, but still get the same ERROR, I have already generated with the same characteristics of mesh for other geometry and it works well, so I don't get this "Jacoby error",

Thanks, I run again the installation, and I add a C++ compiler, with the following steps:

sudo apt-get install build-essential
gcc -v
make -v

then I add an other package missing (pyqt4), and it works well now, despite some minor things missing in the GUI (like sign + and -), but the code run ...

Durning a running on an urban case,(for just 5 iterations) I had this error:

Please can you explain to me what is the atmospheric model, because so far I am using the recommendations of the COST 2007 (Franck et al 2007) to set the parameters in code _saturne in a way to be alike the atmospheric conditions for micro-scale,

What is exactly the atmospheric model?
