Re: Coupling Neptune/syrthes
Hey again, I changed the names of the fluid cases and now syrthes can read the 2 surfaces. However, it stops after the 1st iteration and gives this error in syrthes.log file : [chausson:27801] *** Process received signal *** [chausson:27801] Signal: Segmentation fault (11) [chausson:27801] Signal co...

Re: Coupling Neptune/syrthes
Yes, the second fluid listing gives this error :
SYRTHES coupling 0: initializing MPI communication ... SIGTERM signal (termination) received.
--> computation interrupted by environment.
Syrthes can't read the second coupling I think but I can't figure out why?

Re: Coupling Neptune/syrthes
Hello again, I got some news, I now get this new error message but I still don't know how to get through it: [chausson:10825] *** An error occurred in MPI_Allreduce [chausson:10825] *** reported by process [47672487641089,47669842018304] [chausson:10825] *** on communicator MPI_COMM_WORLD [chausson:...

Parallel calculation Syrthes
Hello,
I am trying to run a parallel calculation with 2 processors on Syrthes but the preprocessing seems to stop in this step:
*** CREE_TABLES_PARALL : creation of temporary tables for parallel execution
Does anyone know what to do to make this work?
Any help would be very appreciated.

Time step in coupling Neptune/Syrthes
Hello, I am running a coupling calculation between Neptune and Syrthes and I need to have a time varying time step in Neptune so I tried the automatic time step of Syrthes but I have no idea what to put in the maximum temperature variation while I can't know how much the temperature of the solid wil...

Re: Coupling Neptune/syrthes
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Here are the files of neptune and syrthes.
The extension .syd is not allowed so I attached the file with the extension .odt
Thank you for your help.

Re: Coupling Neptune/syrthes
I actually think that the problem is with the 2 fluid domains not with syrthes, but I still can't figure out how to get through it?

Re: Coupling Neptune/syrthes
Yes, I defined 2 couplings with Neptune_cfd with 2 different references but it doesn't work. It still reads only one coupling in the syrthes.log file.
