Hello,
Surfing on the WEB, one can see that, from 2000 to 2010,
there were efforts to run (with code Saturne) CFD tasks on Chimera meshes ,
and it has demonstrates to be that much satisfactory/promising at that time (so far I understood well).
I have checked the list of discussions posted on the ...

Re: Turbomachinery and mixing planes
Hi
The flow case I am interested in looks like a fan within a duct.
Ultimately I 'd like to get a serie of the instantaneous flow-fields to look at the acoustics afterwards .
I would like you to let me know :
(1) if it is possible AND ALSO relevant
to select the frozen-rotor paradigm (which ...

Re: problem of identification of boundaries when using CGNS
Hi everybody
Regarding the issue of getting ONLY A SUBSET of BCs while loading a CGNS mesh ,
I have fixed it now.
The reason of such a not satisfactory behaviour is originated from the saving of the mesh generated with ICEM CFD .
Therefore, if one uses ICEM CFD to produce the mesh, the ...

problem of identification of boundaries when using CGNS mesh
Hello all of you members
I am trying to perform Saturne runs based on CGNS meshes produced by ICEM-CFD.
For any generated block (called Zone while using the Saturne pre-processor), the 6 boundaries (indicated into the CGNS mesh) are automatically recognized : perfect.
But there is a matter (at ...
