Post-processing Pressure variables definition

Hello, Could someone help me to understand the differences between both code_saturne output variables named : pressure and total_pressure ? As I noticed, Pressure seems to be a relative static Pressure. I would like to create a new variable, using Paraview, based on Pressure to obtain the same value...

Hello Yvan,

Here is an example of a working csv file.
The following syntax shall be fulfilled (Example for 3 monitoring probes) :

x,y,z
0.1,0.1,0.5
0.2,0.7,0.4
0.7,0.5,0.3

Comma must be use as letters and values separator

Hope it will help some users

How to add monitoring points csv file ?

Hello,

I'd like to add monitoring points in the postprocessing tab with an imported csv file but . I created a csv file including probe coordinates as follows :

  • n name x y z
    1 1 x1 y1 z1
    2 2 x2 y2 z2
Do you have an idea why the coordinates are not well imported ?

Thank you in advance

Thank you Yvan for your reply.

How and where do we select the Pseudo Steady option ? I can't find this option or an equivalent even in the practical user's guide.
Do you know where I can I find such option ?

Thank you in advance,

Re: Code Saturne tutorial:simple junction

Hello, I am reopening this topic but this time with the code_saturne v7 software (and current v6 simple junction tutorial). The problem is located at the Time Settings tutorial stage. There is no Steady (constant relaxation coefficient) option available thus I cannot choose SIMPLE algorithm. Does an...
